Deposit of £30.00 per person required within 7 days of booking. Full balance must be paid 14 days prior to the trip to secure your booking.

WEEKEND/WEEK RIDES
Deposit of £75.00 per person required UK tours & £250.00 for trips abroad within 7 days of booking. Balance one month before date of departure.
If you require a receipt, please send a stamped addressed envelope and we will return by next post.
Price based on twin, double or family rooms. Cost of flights not included in the price - unless stated. Insurance is based on persons 65 years and under only.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation will forfeit money unless stated in writing before the above allotted dates.
NON-ARRIVAL
Non-arrival will forfeit the whole amount. Make sure you & your group know your pick-up point and correct departure time as no refunds will be made.
HEALTH
As horse riding is an activity sport; all participants should be fit and healthy. Any medical problems would be discussed with your Doctor before booking. In order to provide you with the best day possible, please inform the organiser of any disabilities that you have, so that arrangements can be made to ensure a successful day.
INSURANCE
Horse riding is classified as a HIGH RISK sport. It is advisable to seek independent personal accident insurance. The organiser cannot accept responsibility for injury, illness or damage of any kind.
RIDERS ONLY
These rides can involve fast paces and long days in the saddle so best suited for regular riders.
HOLIDAYS ABROAD
All European rides are based on flight prices in ¤'s at the time of going to press, so these can change at any time. Please phone to check prices. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Individuals wishing to book their own flights should check dates and times with organiser before doing so as will not be responsible for connections missed to accommodation.
MINIMUM AGE 7 YEARS OLD
Due to insurance restrictions, it is not possible to accept any child horse riding under the age of 7 years on our trips.
UNDER 17 YEARS OF AGE
Reductions are unfortunately not available for day rides and some European holidays. A consent form must be signed for any of the trips if unaccompanied by a parent/guardian (day ride only) Children must be accompanied by parent/guardian abroad.

Tours may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, Grouse shooting, and are subject to booking numbers. Phone if in doubt.
